What hunter doesn’t look forward to heading for hunting camp to join the hunting party? If you’re headed to the 152nd NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in Indianapolis, April 14-16, the hunting party in this case is on the eve of the NRA show as the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum (HLF) kicks off the massive gathering of NRA members, gun owners and hunters with its annual HLF Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Thurs., April 13, at the historic Indiana Roof Ballroom from 6-9 p.m. While we’ll be celebrating our hunting heritage, we’ll also be honoring S.D. Gov. Kristi Noem with the NRA HLF’s 2022 NRA HLF’s Distinguished Hunters Leadership Award in recognition of her exceptional leadership in the hunting and wildlife conservation arena.

Doors to the NRA HLF dinner open at 6 p.m. for a reception followed by the dinner and award presentation from 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $450 per person for general admission. Tables of eight are $6,500 for Tier 1 (first row, which includes having an NRA VIP seated alongside you), $5,500 for Tier 2 (second row) and $5,000 for Tier 3 (third row). All registered table guests will have access to the NRA Ring of Freedom Hospitality Suite during the NRA show from Friday through Sunday.

Sponsored by Worldwide Trophy Adventures (WTA), the NRA HLF event is an opportunity to celebrate America’s rich hunting traditions, meet Gov. Kristi Noem and bond over the quest for the next hunting adventure. Those interested in booking a hunt at the NRA show are invited to stop by the WTA booth at the Indiana Convention Center and let it assist you in planning your trip.

Providing the perfect atmosphere for the evening, Woods and Water Taxidermy of Conroe, Texas, will decorate the HLF event venue as in years past. The family-owned company has been creating taxidermy mounts for more than three decades and never ceases to inspire hunters with its displays featuring game animals from around the world.

About the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum
As the nation’s oldest civil rights organization, the NRA has fought to protect American freedom and the Second Amendment since its inception in 1871. Standing with its 5 million-plus members, gun owners, hunters and shooters across America, it launched the NRA Hunters’ Leadership Forum (HLF) in 2014 to address the escalating cultural, political, demographic and
technological challenges to hunting in the 21st century. The HLF continues to bring together dedicated hunters who have distinguished themselves as leaders in their professions, communities and in the field to work alongside the NRA to reclaim the narrative on hunting and expose the misinformation touted by well-organized and well-funded animal rights extremists. In July 2016, NRA Publications launched the NRA HLF website, NRAHLF.org, NRA Hunters' Leadership Forum | (nrahlf.org) to monitor hunting issues on the state, national and international levels and to share the story of hunters and hunting.
