News from the Training Front: NRA Announces More Brand Ambassadors for America’s Rifle Challenge

Recognizing how training and competitions make us all even safer and more responsible gun owners, shooters and hunters, the NRA is proud to welcome Dianna and Ryan Muller to its list of official brand ambassadors for the NRA’s America’s Rifle Challenge (ARC), the NRA’s latest flagship program designed to promote safe, practical and recreational use of America’s most popular rifle platform—the AR-15—through training and competitive marksmanship. The duo is joining Kyle Lamb, who served for more than 21 years in the U.S Army—including 15 years in the elite 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force)—who was announced in June as helping to lead outreach efforts. The trio will appear at ARC events nationwide to provide educational content and support the growth of this flagship NRA program.

Dianna and Ryan Muller are a remarkable husband-and-wife team, combining decades of experience in law enforcement, engineering, professional shooting and firearm instruction. They are nationally recognized advocates for responsible gun ownership and education in step with America’s shooting sports and hunting community.

“Dianna and Ryan Muller represent the best of who we are as a shooting community—passionate, courageous and deeply committed to preserving our Second Amendment rights and traditions,” said Josh Savani, NRA Executive Director, General Operations. “Their story, instruction abilities, and advocacy will bring new energy to America’s Rifle Challenge and inspire a broader, more inclusive generation of shooters.”

Dianna Muller is a 22-year retired veteran of the Tulsa Police Department, a decorated professional Three-Gun competitor with World and National championship titles to her credit. She is also the 2015 NRA World Shooting Championship High Lady Champion, a certified firearms instructor and founder of Women for Gun Rights. During her experience in law enforcement patrol, narcotics, gangs and street crimes, Dianna has encountered firsthand the realities of violence and self-defense. Her competitive achievements and decades of firearms instruction in law enforcement and with civilians have made her a respected voice in the firearms industry.

Ryan Muller is also a professional shooter and competitor with national championship wins across multiple disciplines. Ryan is a hunter and a mechanical engineer by trade. He is also a certified firearms instructor whose background in engineering and ballistics enhances his ability to communicate complex concepts to students of all skill levels. Ryan is also a survivor of a life-changing motorcycle accident in 2023 that broke his back and nearly left him paralyzed. With God’s help and with Dianna by his side, Ryan endured a complex surgery, managed through difficult recovery, and is once again competing and teaching firearms courses.

About the NRA America’s Rifle Challenge
As the nation’s leader in defending our Second Amendment rights, the NRA recognizes that the AR-15, owned by tens of millions of responsible American citizens, is truly America’s Rifle. Commonly owned and used for hunting, competition, self-defense and all forms of sport shooting, the proper use of America’s Rifle by responsible firearms owners is vital for the protection of our homes, our nation and our way of life. Launching on Aug. 4, 2025, the program aims to help the everyday AR owner use and excel with ARs through competition and training with specific AR training and competitions being offered at clubs around the nation for all skill levels. The ARC program supports the use of rimfire ARs and pistol caliber carbine (PCC) ARs as well as suppressors for training and competition.
